Sunday the First of March

I know someone is reading this so I am writing this to you. This is the first day of Silence for the week. As a creativity exercise there is no tv radio or computer watching  for a week. This exercise will be what my group will do next week but I wanted to do it first. I have a goal of getting three good paintings done during this time and writing a few good pages for the group.

I was just thinking how our lives are constantly bombarded with self inflicted noise all day that sometimes you cannot hear yourself think.  This week of silence should be a revelation. I will tell you how it goes
